Volunteer with Repair It Lake Mac

If you love to sew, fix furniture, tinker with tools, sharpen blades, or you’re simply a handy, curious person who enjoys helping others, Repair It Lake Mac would love to have you join our volunteer crew. We’re also looking for friendly faces to serve morning tea, greet visitors, and help create the welcoming, community‑minded atmosphere our Repair Cafés are known for. It’s a relaxed, feel‑good way to share your skills, meet great people, and help keep useful items out of landfill — all while being part of something genuinely meaningful in Lake Mac.

We have roughly 5-10 events a year; usually held on Saturdays from 10am - 1pm. A few weeks before each event we put out a call for volunteers to see who is available. There is no minimum commitment.
