4. Taril
I am a Taril (Awabakal for fig) [1]
Small-leaved Fig Ficus obliqua I am a large tree with a magnificent, buttressed trunk. As my name suggests, my leaves are small.
I was well established here in the 1930s.[6] I make a great feature for parks, large gardens, and farms. I look great along avenues. [2] I occur mainly in coastal areas, mainly in subtropical and littoral rainforests. |
