Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting 2018

Members of the Lake Macquarie Sustainable Neighbourhood Alliance attended the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting on Tuesday 20 November from 6-7pm.
The Special General Meeting agreed on changes to the Alliance Constitution to clarify membership arrangements and include a number of additions from the NSW Model Constitution. The Annual General Meeting presented the Chairperson's report and Treasurer's report for the 2017-18 financial year, and elected board members for the next 12 months.
